I was just scanning the site and I found a section called “Me-Time”. That sound itself attracted me. Me-Time. Yes everyone should give some time to self. It’s mandatory. It gives you space to think and ponder about yourself. How you want yourself to be like. To love thyself. There are many articles under this head. But as fitness & health is on my mind, I liked this article pretty much. So informative. Now since 21st June announced as the “International Yoga Day” people are becoming more and more aware about Yoga. This is so true that Yoga is as much effective as other western exercises or aerobics or fast paced sweating workouts. It is slow, but remember that old saying?? Slow and steady wins the race. In everyday routine we are unable to find time for ourself. Workout is the best thing to spend some time with self. You have to work it out. Give yourself your time.
