Is this enough for the motivation today ?? It is your life, you are one who can make it good or bad. Do not blame others for the miseries and sorrows of your life. It is you not others. Today is last day of the week. If you haven’t started yet, no worries start today. Give your life a good start and it will bring happiness and prosperity.
Go Around Squat
Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Go down to right and up across the left. Straight. Reverse the direction back to another side. That means to drop down to left and up across the right. Imagine making circles with our hips in both directions. That counts one.
Start with 2 sets of 10 reps. Gradually, you can increase the number of reps and/or set as per needed. You can also time yourself for say 45 – 60 seconds.
This works on your lower body, and inner thighs. See that you go to equal depth every time with your hips nice and low. Remember to use your glutes muscles not knees. I repeat. No knees. People use their legs and knees which strains your knees. Also if your knees cross your toes, knees will pressurize and you may end up with knee pain. So please do properly and in a controlled manner.
When can you do ?? Best time for any workout is in the morning. You can also do in evening after at least 4 hours of a heavy meal. Never perform any workout on a full stomach.
The Body part of the day – G
You must be wondering what is so important about gums. But you may want to know that Gum health can have a very drastic effect on your general health. We often forget about them. Teeth will remain longer if gums are healthy. My Great Grandfather had all 32 teeth when he died. They even counted when collecting ashes and bones after the funeral. He rinsed his mouth with half a bucket of water every day.
- Do not brush very hard.
- Rinse more after brushing.
- Give a massage to gums.
- Quit smoking and Eat right.
Tip of the day
Do something today that your future self will thank you for. Your body is the only one who will accompany you till death. Not your Mother, Father, Wife, Husband or any other relative. It is only you and your body in the last. So take proper care so that you won’t have to be bedridden in your old age and then you will definitely thank your present self.
These are just single workouts. Warm up and cool down are not included in this. Know that your body has limits and you should respect it. Do only as much as your body allows you. Little pain is absolutely normal as the muscles stretch, but if you feel more pain then you are doing something wrong. Stop doing it and consult a doctor if necessary. I am not a personal trainer, this is meant to be the inspiration for you as a way to break workout boredom.
