That was definitely my day so far today… a beautiful walk on the coast with friends, watching birds, wading across the tidal inlet, and stopping at the fish store for Ct River Shad.

That’s a theme I’m working on in my own life – letting go..going with the flow. I had to look up what equanimity meant. Great word – one I want more if in my iife!
